Sector 95 kaisa hai for senior citizens? Kids toh USA chale gaye, ab bada ghar bech rahe hain. Elevator hona chahiye, hospital nazdeek. Heard water supply can be an issue. Any real experience with water or maintenance costs? Shanti se rehna hai, noisy neighbours nahi chahiye.

Bhai, Sector 95 mein hospitals toh hain nazdeek, Fortis bhi hai. But shanti chahiye toh dekhna ki construction chal raha hai ya nahi aas paas. That can be a big disturbance.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Construction kabhi khatam nahi hota! Check the master plan carefully.
Fortis is there but very expensive. Check for smaller clinics and pharmacies nearby too. Emergency mein useful hota hai.
