Sector 96 mein waterlogging ka kya scene hai?

Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. I'm looking at Sector 96. सुना है monsoons mein Sector 96 mein kaafi waterlogging hoti hai? Is it true? Drainage system kaisa hai wahan ka? Also, what about power cuts? How often do they happen? Generator backup available bhi hai ya nahi? Any residents facing regular issues? Am I worrying too much? Honestly not sure if I should go ahead.
