Sector 98 Noida residents, what's your actual water situation?

Heard Sector 98 in Noida has water issues. Municipal supply enough? I'm looking at a flat there. Some say borewell is necessary, others say tanker dependency is high. Honestly not sure what to believe. What's your experience with water supply there? Please share!
