₹85 lakh for a 3BHK in Sector 99, and nobody mentions the water situation upfront. Municipal water supply is patchy, especially in summers. Most societies rely heavily on borewells, which affects groundwater levels and increases maintenance costs. I've seen this pattern before in other sectors. Honestly not sure if the RWA is doing enough about it. Also, power cuts are frequent, like 2-3 hours daily, so DG sets are always running. This adds to the noise pollution, matlab, it's not exactly peaceful. Anyone else facing similar issues? Is it worth investing when you have to deal with these basic problems? Maybe I'm missing something. What are your thoughts? Hope this helps someone.
