Sector 99A: Are we just paying for future dreams?

Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices. Sector 99A mein prices dekh ke I'm genuinely confused. Everyone's hyping up Dwarka Expressway completion, but is that *really* enough for ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK? Matlab, on-ground amenities abhi bhi missing lag rahe. I feel like we're paying for future potential jo guarantee nahi hai. My parents keep saying wait, but investment ka chance bhi miss na ho jaye. Honest opinion on its real appreciation in 3-5 years? Change my mind.
