Sector 99A for families: what's the actual safety?

Is Sector 99A actually safe for families? We're considering a 3BHK for our kids, but my wife's main priority is security. What's the real vibe after dark, especially for children playing outside? Also, how are the schools nearby? Are admissions tough, and is there a good community feel?

Bhai, safety ka toh pata nahi par builder ka track record dekh lo pehle. 99A mein kaafi projects delayed hain, aur possession ke baad bhi amenities puri nahi milti. Kids playing outside? Woh toh tab hoga jab proper society banegi. Mere ek dost ne wahan book kiya tha, abhi tak RERA complain kar raha hai. Schools ki toh baad ki baat hai, pehle basic infrastructure toh settle ho jaye.
