Sector 9's 3BHK prices — is the hype real?
₹95 lakh for a 3BHK in Sector 9 — is this price justified for the *real* value? I work in real estate, but for my own buy, it’s a different game. Builders will show you glossy brochures, but Sector 9 mein, I’m genuinely confused if current rates make sense for the long run. Everyone glorifies appreciation due to Jewar Airport, but what about the ground reality? Maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? Acha ROI milega ya just hype hai? Off the record, I feel like some projects yahaan are already overpriced, considering the actual amenities and daily life. Should I wait for a correction ya dive in? Meri research bolti hai ki rental yields yahaan utne strong nahin hain. Koi real experience batao, is it worth locking in at these prices? Disagree? Tell me why.
