50 mins to reach office from Sector 9 metro station? Seriously? Just moved in last month and I'm already regretting it. Everyone glorifies the metro, but nobody talks about the insane crowding at Rajiv Chowk. Matlab, you're practically fighting to get on the train during peak hours. And the last mile connectivity? Auto walas charge whatever they want. Itna bhi convenient nahi hai, tbh. Paying premium PLC for 'metro connectivity' seems like a total scam now. Is it just me, or is Sector 9's connectivity actually a headache? Change my mind. Also, the traffic around the metro station is a total mess. Bilkul time waste hai.

Before buying anywhere, visit the area during peak hours. Experience the traffic and crowding firsthand. Don't just rely on what the builder tells you.
So, OP, what are you planning to do now? Moving out? Or trying to find alternative routes?
Honestly, all of Noida is facing similar connectivity challenges. We need better public transport and more efficient traffic management.
I think it depends on where you're going. For some areas, the metro is still the fastest option, even with the crowding. For others, it's just not worth it.
Check the RERA registration number before buying anywhere, people! Don't fall for these builder promises. I learned the hard way.
Good point! Where can I find the RERA details for projects in Noida?
@U20 UP RERA website. Just Google it. It's a lifesaver.
Maybe try cycling or using an e-scooter for the last mile connectivity? It's healthier and cheaper than autos.
I heard the property rates in Sector 9 have actually gone down slightly in the last few months. Maybe because of this connectivity issue?
I sold my flat in Sector 9 last year. Best decision ever. The traffic and crowding were just too much. Now living in a gated community in Greater Noida West. Much more peaceful.
Sector 15 metro station is also becoming a nightmare. Especially with all the students from Amity University. It's impossible to get a seat during college hours.
Guys, remember the new Jewar airport is coming up. That might improve connectivity in the long run. Patience is key. Although I agree Sector 9 is a mess right now.
Jewar airport is like 5 years away, minimum. OP is suffering *now*.
Exactly! Who knows what the situation will be like in 5 years? Invest according to today's reality.
Has anyone tried using the metro feeder bus service? Are they reliable?
Maybe try taking the bus from the metro station? There are a few routes that go towards the industrial area. Might be cheaper than autos.
Which society are you in, OP? Maybe last mile connectivity options are better in other societies. Some have e-rickshaws or shuttle services.
I'm in XYZ Apartments. They promised shuttle service, but it's always late and overcrowded. Useless!
XYZ Apartments? I heard they're having waterlogging issues during the monsoon. Is that true?
@U11 Yes! Last monsoon was terrible. The basement parking was flooded. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. I regret buying here.
@U1 That's awful! Have you tried raising this with the RWA? Strength in numbers!
Bhai, you're not alone. Sector 9 metro is a disaster. I work near there and avoid it like the plague. The Rajiv Chowk interchange is the worst. Ek toh itni bheed, upar se pickpockets ka darr.
50 mins? That's not too bad, honestly. I travel from Pari Chowk to Gurgaon and it takes me almost 2 hours. Sector 9 is still better than that. Consider yourself lucky.
@U4 Lucky? He's paying a premium for 'convenience' which clearly isn't there. You can't compare Pari Chowk to Sector 9. Different ballgame altogether.
I bought in Sector 75. Metro is coming soon, hopefully, it won't be as bad as Sector 9. Though, I'm hearing the Aqua Line extension is also getting crowded. Anyone has experience with that?
Aqua Line is definitely less crowded than Blue Line, but the interchange at Noida Sector 51/52 is a pain. Long walk and always packed during office hours.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Connectivity is always 'almost there' but never perfect.
Totally agree! Sector 9 is a nightmare during peak hours. I used to live there. The auto rickshaw mafia is real. They charge insane amounts. It's not worth the 'metro connectivity' hype.
Seriously? I'm planning to buy there specifically for the metro. Now I'm worried. How long ago did you live there, U1? Has it gotten worse?
