Sector 9's waterlogging problem – is it *that* bad?

Honestly not sure if I made the right call moving to Sector 9. Just moved in last month and everyone keeps talking about the waterlogging during monsoon. Is it really that bad? Like, cars floating away bad? I saw some old videos but maybe things have improved? My office is in Noida Sec 62 so the commute is great, can't complain there. But water inside the house is a dealbreaker. Should I be looking at some kind of flood insurance already? Also, how's the water supply situation normally? Heard some buildings depend on tankers. Anyone with first-hand experience?
