Secunderabad infrastructure boom isn't uniform

Finally taking the plunge after years of renting, yaar. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya. I'm looking at Secunderabad, especially Bowenpally. Recent road/metro development ka kya impact hua hai prices pe? Kis pockets ko sabse zyada fayda mila? Should I consider areas jo abhi under-developed hain?

Sahi keh rahe ho bhai! Rent ka toh bas ho gaya. Bowenpally is a good choice, connectivity improved a lot.
