Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge and looking for a flat in Ghaziabad. Ek cheez I've realized at site visits, especially for places like Jain Homes 1: builders list '24x7 security' but that's it. Ask them about the *actual* security systems. Are CCTVs good quality? Visitor management app hai ya manual register? Guards trained hai ya bas entry pe khade? My current society mein security issues bahut hain, toh this is a big deal for me. What's your experience with security in Ghaziabad projects? Kya dekhna chahiye?
