Seeing Bangalore prices, I'm genuinely worried.

Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices. Honestly, everyone's still hyping Bangalore real estate, but I think it's peaked. My parents keep saying 'buy now or never', but a 2BHK in Whitefield for ₹1.4 Cr? That's insane. Are we just buying into FOMO? I'm looking at Prestige projects and thinking the ROI won't sustain. Change my mind.
