Seeking advice: Ghata 2BHK for NRI investor?

Been looking for 3 months now, mainly in Ghata, Gurugram. I'm in Dubai, so can't visit much. For a 2BHK under ₹1.5Cr, I'm stuck between a ready project and an under-construction one. Rental income aur future appreciation ke liye konsa sahi rahega? Legal clarity and management bhi important hai.

₹1.5Cr mein Ghata mein 2BHK thoda mushkil hai, especially if you want good appreciation. Ready-to-move toh aur expensive milega. Budget stretch karna padega ya location adjust karni padegi.

Actually, jo aapne kaha, agar thoda outer Ghata ya Airport Road (Gurgaon side) ki taraf dekho toh mil jaata hai. But you have to compromise on amenities sometimes. Ready-to-move for 1.5Cr is tough for premium projects
