Bhai, Palm Floor Esencia? RERA Not Applicable dikha raha hai. Aur 4.5 Cr for a project with only 4 units? Thoda risky nahi lag raha for a first-time buyer? M3M ka naam toh suna hai, but Esencia ka I'm not sure, especially for an end-user. Possession date bhi 2026 hai, kaafi wait karna padega.
