Seeking resident experiences at DLF The Crest

Since selling our big house last month, I've been really focused on finding a smaller, manageable place. DLF The Crest keeps popping up, but I'm wondering if it's truly good for daily living. Kids have moved out, so we need a quiet, friendly society. Is the community welcoming for older folks, and are the advertised amenities really useful day-to-day? Does it feel like a home, or just a fancy address?

12 Cr se 21.5 Cr? Bhai, itna toh mera pura budget nahi hai! Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye toh ye sapna hi hai. Kya sach mein worth it hai itna spend karna for a 'smaller' place, even if kids have moved out?

Totally agree yaar! Price sunke hi darr lag gaya. Hum toh kuchh affordable options dekh rahe hain, this is way out of league.
