Been looking for 8 months now. Upgrading from my 2BHK in Sector 65 to a 3BHK. Krrish Provence Estate and AVL 36 on Golf Course Extension are on my radar. Is Krrish's construction quality really premium? AVL's pricing is attractive, but what about their delivery track record? Any resident experiences?
