Sehani Khurd: Worth the price for this daily grind?

₹78 lakh for a 3BHK in Sehani Khurd, possession was in March. Everyone talks about affordability, but the daily commute to Delhi is brutal. Traffic's crazy, and I'm not sure the price makes sense for this grind. Change my mind.

Honestly, 78 lakh for a 3BHK in NCR region is still decent, even if it's Sehani Khurd. Builders are quoting much higher for similar configurations closer to Delhi. Maybe work from home option hai toh commute manage ho sakta hai

Bhai, totally agree with you! 78 lakh for Sehani Khurd? Aur upar se daily Delhi ka commute? Meri toh soch ke hi thak jaati hai. Yeh 'affordability' sirf price tag pe hai, life ki quality zero ho jaati hai.
