Investor ratio ka darr toh hai hi. Agar itna delay hua hai toh bahut ghost units honge. Phir society mein security, amenities sab down ho jaati hain
Bhai, Selectra Shubham ka possession toh 2015-07-01 ka dikh raha hai. Abhi tak mila nahi kya? Ye toh bahut purana project ho gaya aur status null dikha raha hai, bahut bada red flag hai yeh for any first-time buyer.
I saw the price range ₹11L to ₹75L. How can it be so wide for a project that should have been completed years ago? Is it even livable now, or just shell structures? Bahut confusion hai.
Null status ka matlab yahi hota hai ki project abhi bhi stuck hai ya completion certificate nahi mila. First-time buyers ke liye ye bahut risky hai, apna hard-earned money mat fasaao aise projects mein jahan itna delay ho chuka hai. Better to look for RERA-registered projects with clear timelines.
