Parking charges, club membership, IFMS... sab baad mein add kar dete hain. Aur possession date ka toh poochho hi mat. Mera ek project 2 saal late chal raha hai. Rasulpur side bhi dekh sakte ho, thoda aur budget-friendly options mil sakte hain.
Mullanpur Garibdass mein development ho raha hai, but abhi amenities utni nahi hain. Hospital toh door hi padega, unless it's a small clinic. Investment ke liye theek hai but immediate living ke liye shayad utna convenient nahi.

Maintenance cost initially looks high, but when you factor in security, common area cleaning, gym, etc., it actually balances out. Just make sure to check the RWA's financial statements before buying. Elevator and hospital toh standard hain ab mostly, but proximity matters.
Compact flat toh theek hai, but kaunse builder dekh rahe ho? Mohali mein bahut saare naye projects aa rahe hain, especially New Chandigarh side. Ek Altus Space Builders naam ka bhi sun raha tha, but unka toh koi previous project hi nahi hai. Zero track record wale builder se bach ke rehna, bhai. Mera friend phasa hai aise ek project mein.
Mere cousin ne bhi ek naye builder se liya tha, 5 saal ho gaye, abhi tak possession nahi mila. RERA mein complaint bhi ki hai but progress slow hai.
