Selling big house, downsizing to flat – seeking Bangalore advice

Honestly, selling our big house and finding a flat for just two of us has been more stressful than I thought. Kids have moved out, so we don't need such a big place anymore. We looked at Godrej Aveline, among others. The clubhouses look amazing in brochures, but I'm worried if they're actually maintained and used. Also, I hear stories about snags after possession – minor cracks, fittings not working. Is that common? We want something manageable, not constant repair calls. What's the real deal with post-possession quality and amenity usability?
