Selling big house, facing hidden costs in DLF Phase 2

For six months now, I've been trying to find a manageable 2BHK in DLF Phase 2 after the kids moved out. We sold our big house, just want something low-maintenance. But I'm honestly shocked by the maintenance charges here. Some RWAs are quoting ₹10-12k for a small flat, and that's just basic. Then they hit you with extra parking fees or separate DG backup charges. It feels like a never-ending list of hidden costs. Is this typical for DLF Phase 2? Are these RWA charges justified, or am I missing something? What have others experienced?
