Property sale almost done, looking for a smaller, manageable flat in Gurgaon. With Dwarka Expressway nearing completion, are there still affordable 2BHK options in sectors like 102-113? I'm worried about project delays. Is that completion timeline realistic? We need good society, elevator, and hospital access.

Haan bhai, same here. Sector 109-113 mein prices bahut high lag rahe hain. Hospital access ki tension toh rehti hi hai. Builder ki reputation dekh ke hi lena.
