Selling big house, looking for peaceful Rajkot flat

Mota Mava — my kids have moved out, so we're selling our big place and looking for a smaller 2BHK or 3BHK in Rajkot, maybe near University Road. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone keeps coming up. I'm wondering about the long-term society maintenance there. Does Ansal API ensure things like elevators and common areas are well-kept even after a few years? And how is the RWA formation process? Honestly, not sure if it's worth it if the society goes downhill. Any experiences or word-of-mouth on their projects?
