Selling big house, new flat ki snag list

Any seniors here who've done final checks for flats in Ghaziabad? Kids moved out, so selling our big house for a compact 2BHK, maybe Golden Avenue. Builder ki site visit pe kya dekhein especially for cracks or seepage? Post-possession ka headache nahi chahiye. What's your secret for a good snag list? I want to avoid maintenance issues later.

Golden Avenue? Bhai, 3 units ka project hai, itna chhota. My friend almost booked there but pulled out. Price per sqft was also on the higher side compared to other completed projects in Abhay Khand. Be careful, small projects sometimes lack long-term maintenance committees.

Totally agree. Small projects are a red flag for me too. In Ahinsa Khand, ek builder ne toh amenities ka promise kiya tha but kabhi deliver hi nahi kiya. Golden Avenue ka track record kya hai, pata karna padega. Kya unke
