Is anyone else struggling to sell their property in Noida Extension right now? I bought a 3BHK in Sector 137 from Gaursons a few years back, thinking appreciation would be solid because of Jewar Airport and metro plans. Honestly, now I need to move, and reselling it is proving impossible. Brokers are quoting way below what I expect, saying 'market slow hai, demand nahi hai'. My initial investment was around ₹90L, abhi offers ₹80L ke aas paas aa rahe hain. Matlab, capital loss ho raha hai, and maintenance charges bhi high hain. Builders like Godrej or ATS might have better resale, but for projects like mine, it's a nightmare. Should I just wait, ya aur niche jaayega price? What did you guys do? Any advice?

Totally understand your pain. I bought a 3BHK in Sector 143 a couple of years ago for ₹85L, thinking it was a steal. Now, for some reason, the demand has just vanished. My friend who bought in Alpha I Greater Noida
Arre bhai, same pinch! Sector 137 mein mera bhi 2BHK hai aur jabse bechne ka socha hai, neend ud gayi hai. Brokers toh ajeeb-ajeeb offers de rahe hain.
