Selling my kothi, now flat hunting in Noida!

Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place. Heard mixed reviews about Ajnara. On-time delivery ka kya scene hai? Gaurs seems safer, but maintenance charges are high, right? Honestly not sure. Change my mind. Sector 44 near the hospital is my preference. Any thoughts?

Sector 44 is prime! But Ajnara... bhai, mixed reviews is an understatement. Gaurs is def a safer bet, even with the high maintenance. Worth it for peace of mind, I think. What's your budget?

Ajnara? Run, don't walk. So many delayed projects. Gaurs is better, but negotiate the maintenance charges HARD. They always try to inflate it.
