Selling old house, what to expect in Hyderabad?

Since last year, we've been trying to downsize. Kids moved out, so this big house in Tolichowki doesn't make sense now. We're looking for a compact 3BHK in Narsingi, good society aur low maintenance. But selling our old property... is Hyderabad ka resale market healthy right now? Kitna time lagta hai for a fair price, ya should we wait?

Narsingi is good, no doubt, but Tolichowki ka resale utna strong nahi hai jitna log bolte hain for older houses. Expect tough negotiations. Don't get your hopes too high for a quick sale at a premium, especially if it's an older construction.

Haan bhai, Tolichowki se Narsingi, good move. Demand toh hai, but patience lagega. Don't rush it.
