Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices. Everyone talks about Noida appreciation, but selling old inventory is tough. My Sector 78 3BHK barely moved. Builder ka track record matters even for resale. Change my mind.

Yaar, totally relate. Main bhi Sector 78 mein hi dekh raha tha aur abhi tak kuch final nahi kar paya. Builders itne high prices quote karte hain aur fir baad mein pata chalta hai ki resale mein koi value hi nahi. Mera budget tight hai aur ye sab sunke aur darr lagta hai. Lagta hai kahin poori life ki savings doob na jaaye.
Haan bhai, same experience. Tension hi tension hai.
