Selling our big home, eyeing Emaar The Privilege

Kids have moved out, selling our big house. We're considering Emaar The Privilege. Is the community vibe friendly, or a bit isolated? What are actual maintenance charges like? Are amenities truly useful, or just on paper... not sure.
