Selling a large family home in Chandigarh is proving tougher than I thought. Kids have moved out, so we're looking to downsize from our big Sector 44 house. Ab itna space nahi chahiye, want a compact 2BHK ya small 3BHK. Priorities hain: good society, lift, low maintenance, and hospital paas mein. But resale offers for our old property are quite low. Is the market for older, bigger homes really this slow? Should I hold out for better offers, ya phir expectations adjust karni padengi?
