Did a site visit to Godrej Properties in Sector 82 last weekend. Kids have moved out, so we're looking to downsize from our big house in DLF Phase 1. Honestly, selling our current place is proving way harder than expected. Prices seem high for buyers, but offers are so low. Is the resale market really this slow for larger homes right now? Any tips on moving things along?

Oh god, this is my biggest fear! We are also first-time buyers looking in Gurugram, and the prices for even 2BHKs are insane. I can only imagine how tough it must be to sell a big house like yours in DLF Phase 1. The market for large, luxury homes seems very niche right now. Most people are looking for smaller, more affordable options or compact 3BHKs. Are you finding any interest from genuine buyers or mostly just tire-kickers? It feels like the current market conditions are really favouring buyers for smaller units, not sellers of large ones.
