My kids have moved out, and we're finally selling the big house. We need a smaller 2BHK in Noida Extension, low maintenance, near a hospital. But current prices feel insane. Is this 5-10% annual rise sustainable till 2026, or are we heading for a correction, especially with all the Jewar Airport hype? I'm worried about buying at a peak. Are any sectors, like Sector 86, overvalued right now? What areas do you see appreciating most in the next two years?

Totally relate to this post! Hum bhi same boat mein hain. Kids settled abroad, ab itna bada ghar manage karna mushkil ho raha hai. Noida Extension mein 2BHK dekh rahe hain, but prices sunke chakkar aa jaate hain. Lagta hai abhi khareed liya toh peak pe le lenge. Kya pata 2026 tak correction ho jaaye?
Haan bilkul! Meri bhi same problem hai. Budget mein kuch mil hi nahi raha dhang ka, sab over-priced lag
