Selling our big house, seeking a peaceful Pune downsize
₹58 lakh for a 1 BHK at Purva Emerald Bay seems reasonable, especially after selling our big house. Kids have moved out, so my wife and I don't need such a huge place anymore. We're looking at downsizing to something more manageable, you know? I visited Purva Emerald Bay and the layouts seemed efficient for a smaller space, but I'm trying to figure out the actual living experience. Is it genuinely good for daily life, or mostly just looks good on paper? I'm worried about hidden costs too. What are the typical monthly maintenance charges there? Also, any current residents, how's the society vibe? We want a friendly community, not too isolated. And importantly, for us pre-retirees, how close are good hospitals and markets? Are the advertised amenities like the club house actually used, or are they just for show? Hope someone can share their ground reality.

58L for a 1BHK in Purva Emerald Bay? Bhai, sounds a bit high for Pune, even with the promised amenities. Hidden charges are always the real deal-breaker, and builders are notorious for them. Plus, that possession date of 2025-06-01 feels a bit far off for an 'ongoing' project.
U1, actually for that location, it's not bad. Nearby projects in Amanora Park Town are way pricier. But true
