Everyone glorifies under-construction for 'savings,' but nobody talks about endless delays. I'm eyeing Sector 86, maybe Emaar. Honestly, ready-to-move seems the only sensible option, even with a premium. Why save 10% if you wait 3-4 extra years for possession? I'd rather pay more for peace of mind and immediate OC. Change my mind.
