₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK in Ghata? Honestly, I think the Ghata corridor is way overhyped now. Everyone glorifies its potential, but nobody talks about how prices have already peaked. My kids have moved out, so I'm selling our big house and looking for a compact, low-maintenance flat, maybe a 2BHK. But Ghata mein toh prices are just insane. Is there even any investment value left, ya phir investors are just buying into the old narrative? Which sectors or projects here still make sense for someone like me looking for a good society, elevator, hospital close by, and low EMI? I really need something manageable. Change my mind if you disagree.

Yaar, totally agree with the original post. Ghata is just not making sense for first-time buyers like us anymore. My budget for a 2BHK is around ₹1.2-1.4 Cr max, and even then, I expect good amenities. The prices there feel artificially inflated. I've been looking near Badshahpur and even that side seems more reasonable for what you get. Is anyone actually getting a good deal in Ghata these days, or are we all just dreaming?
