My kids have moved out, so we're selling the big house and want a smaller 2BHK in Noida Extension, maybe near Natthu Colony. Realty Cliq Infrastructure has some options. I'm wondering about payment plans – is a construction-linked plan smarter than a big down payment for an empty nester like me? Also, does going through a broker actually get better deals or should I deal direct?

Payment plans pe, I'd say construction-linked is generally safer, especially for someone selling their main home. You're paying as the work progresses, so less risk if the project gets stuck. A big down payment ties up a lot of cash upfront,
Yaar, Realty Cliq Infrastructure ka naam suna hai, but track record kaisa hai? Especially construction-linked plans mein, time pe deliver karte hain kya? Suna hai Noida Extension mein bahut delays hote hain, aur hum toh apni life savings laga rahe hain.
U3, woh dusra reputed builder tha but same story. Point is, Noida Extension mein aise cases bahut hain. Always check RERA status aur past projects ki real possession dates. Sirf brochure pe mat jaana, ground reality kuch aur hoti hai.
Oh no, Ajayabpur mein? Woh toh Natthu Colony se zyada door nahi hai. Builder ka naam kya tha?
Bhai, Realty Cliq ka toh pata nahi but mere ek cousin ne Ajayabpur mein ek project liya tha, similar builder tha. Construction-linked plan tha, aur itna phasa ki kya batau! Payment dete gaye, aur possession date 3 baar extend ho gayi. Abhi bhi poora kaam nahi hua hai. Be very careful with these plans, warna empty nesters ki jagah aap khud 'empty-handed' na ho jao.
