Selling the farmhouse, Noida flat hunt begins!

Amrapali toh bhai, naam hi kaafi hai negative publicity ke liye. Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore. Pride Group's Regal Residency *looks* good, but I'm hearing horror stories about hidden charges at possession. PLC and all that. Honestly not sure. Should I risk it for the location? Everyone glorifies the location, but nobody talks about the real cost after booking. Also, resale value ka kya scene hai after 5 years? I'm 55, want something manageable, good society, elevator... resale of existing property depends on it. Change my mind. Disagree? Tell me why.
