Is pre-launch pricing for flats in Noida really worth it, or just a marketing gimmick? Kids ab settle ho gaye hain, so I'm selling our big house for a smaller, manageable 2BHK in Sector 163. Builder 'info' ka project dekh raha hoon. Not sure if construction-linked payment plan better hai ya down payment. Also, super area aur carpet area ka kya scene hai? Builders kaafi inflate karte hain, suna hai. Kitna fark aata hai real mein? Koi experience share kar sakta hai?
