posted on 14 MaySeriously eyeing 'Top Builders' corridor, but feeling nervous
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I'm seriously looking at properties in the 'Top Builders' corridor, the prices seem good for what you get. But honestly, I'm a first-time buyer and kinda nervous. My parents keep saying 'don't rush it, check everything properly'. Are there any hidden risks or red flags people have faced there? Like, is water supply an issue, or future infra development delays? Any insights would really help. Not sure if I'm missing something obvious.

Be very careful! 'Top Builders' corridor sounds good on paper but my friend booked in one such project in Adigara Kallahalli and has been regretting it. Possession date has been pushed thrice. The builder's reputation for delivery
Totally understand your dilemma! I'm also looking in that corridor, the prices are definitely tempting compared to other established areas. Plus, new projects always feel more modern. I'm especially eyeing a project near Aavalahalli. My agent says it's a 'future growth' area, but I'm still doing my own research.
Haan yaar, same feeling! Aavalahalli side toh growth potential lagta hai. But water supply ka kya scene hai wahan?
