Sethi Max Royal mein rehna genuinely worth it hai, ya sirf brochure pe acha lagta hai? Everyone talks about its location and 'luxury' tag, but koi society ki real vibe aur daily expenses pe baat nahi karta. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there, but is the price jump worth the *actual* living experience? Suna hai maintenance charges bahut high hain, aur amenities bhi utni use nahi hoti. Community feel kaisa hai, isolated type ya friendly?
