₹1.1 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 85 felt fair when I bought in March. Moved into my Puri Construction flat last month, finally out of Gurgaon renting. We checked many under-construction projects, but RERA issues pushed me to ready-to-move. Connectivity via Delhi-Mumbai Expressway is decent, area's growing. But I'm wondering about long-term investment now. Has Faridabad already peaked for appreciation, or is there more room? Prices feel high already. What's the resale market like in sectors 85 or 89? If I sell in 5-7 years, will finding buyers be easy? Any first-hand experiences selling property here? Just trying to gauge future ROI.

Puri Construction ka naam toh suna hai, but RERA issues se bachna smart move tha. ₹1.1 Cr for 3BHK in Sector 85 sounds reasonable for ready-to-move, especially after Gurgaon rent. Meri bhi yahi plan hai, ready-to-move hi lena hai. But long-term appreciation ka question valid hai. Puri ka track record kaisa hai after possession? Koi hidden charges toh nahi the?
