SG Estates ka on-time delivery track record kaisa hai? Real me time pe dete hain kya? Aur construction quality pe actual feedback chahiye – post-possession kuch issues aaye kya, like seepage or cracks? Customer support booking ke baad theek rehta hai ya they just go silent? Sunna hai maintenance bhi issue hota hai. Any current resident reviews?

Yaar, SG Estates ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. Mere ek friend ne Achchheja mein ek project liya tha, 2 saal late delivery hui aur quality bhi average thi. Raj Nagar Extension mein bhi kuch khaas nahi suna.
U3, I know a family jo SG Benefit mein shift hue hain Raj Nagar Extension mein. Unka experience theek tha, thodi delay hui thi but quality was acceptable. Maybe it depends on the specific project manager? General market sentiment for Ghaziabad is tough right now, builders are struggling.

U1, your concerns are absolutely valid. SG Estates ka track record, especially for on-time delivery, is not the best. My cousin booked in SG Oasis, Ahinsa Khand 1, aur uski possession date 1.5 saal extend ho gayi. Quality wise, they use decent materials but finishings mein compromise karte hain. Seepage issues toh common hain after 2-3 monsoons. Customer support booking ke baad toh bhool jao, they barely respond. EMI vs Rent ka math theek hai, but mental peace bhi important hai.
Haan bhai, same concern. SG Grand pe bhi yahi sunna hai. Raj Nagar Extension mein toh bahut builders hain, but SG ka naam thoda mixed reviews mein aata hai. Aapne kis project mein dekha hai?
