SG Homes Ghaziabad construction quality is a big question
SG Homes Ghaziabad — I'm usually on the other side, selling, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. What's the actual construction quality like there? Any issues with cracks or seepage after a year? Do the promised amenities actually get delivered, and does that justify the maintenance charges for a good tenant/resale value? Honestly not sure if it's worth it.

U1, you're not alone! I've been doing my research too, and the construction quality concerns keep popping up. My friend bought a flat there, got possession in 2016, and within two years, started noticing significant cracks in the plaster and paint peeling off
