SG Shikhar Height: Is it truly home-worthy?

Everyone glorifies SG Shikhar Height's amenities and location, but I'm honestly not sure if it’s genuinely a good home. Fed up of renting, my landlord raised rent again, so I’m finally taking the plunge. Are the amenities actually usable, or just marketing? What about nearby schools and daily life? Change my mind.
