SGP Antalya Heights Block G: Clubhouse worth the premium?
SGP Antalya Heights Block G ka clubhouse aur sports facilities kitne functional hain? I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade to a 3BHK in Noida Extension. Brochure mein toh sab amazing lagta hai, but does anyone actually use these amenities regularly? Ya fir bas showpiece banke reh jaate hain? Maintenance charges toh lagte hi hain. Is the price jump worth it agar facilities hardly use hoti hain? Already home loan chal raha hai, so every penny counts. Kya aap log bhi yahi feel karte ho?

Bhai, I've seen projects where they finish the clubhouse last, just before possession, and then it's a rush job. ₹52 L – ₹65 L is a significant amount for a 3BHK, and if you're paying for amenities, they better be top-notch and functional. My advice would be to ask for a clear maintenance breakdown and a commitment for facility upkeep before booking. RERA Not Applicable is a red flag for me, makes me wonder why they didn't register.
I visited SGP Antalya Heights Block G last month. The clubhouse looked decent, but it wasn't fully operational. They said it'll be ready by possession, which is Feb 2024. But you know how builders are, right?
Bhai, mera experience toh kuch aur hi kehta hai. Maine 2 saal pehle Alpha II, Greater Noida mein ek flat liya tha, wahan bhi aise hi bade-bade promises the clubhouse ke. Shuru mein sab use karte hain, swimming pool, gym, sab full rehta hai. But slowly, people get busy, maintenance issues start, aur phir bas 2-3 log hi dikhte hain. SGP Antalya Heights ke liye bhi yahi lagta hai, especially with the RERA Not Applicable status, thoda doubt aata hai.
Exactly! RERA not applicable sunke hi darr lagta hai. Kya guarantee hai ki maintenance will be good? My friend got trapped in a similar situation in Alistonia Estate, paid premium for nothing.
Haan yaar, Alpha II mein toh builders kaafi promises karte hain but deliver kam karte hain.
Totally agree with the post! I'm also looking for a 3BHK upgrade in Noida Extension and SGP Antalya Heights Block G is on my radar. But the clubhouse premium always makes me pause. Home loan already hai, upar se yeh extra load, samajh nahi aata worth it hai ya nahi.
