SGP Antalya Heights parking is a total bait-and-switch.

Just moved into SGP Antalya Heights Block G two months ago and honestly, the parking situation is a total nightmare. Before possession, the sales team totally oversold the 'ample parking' and 'well-managed' system. Now, it's a free-for-all, especially for visitors. My allocated spot is fine, but guest parking is a constant struggle, cars just double-park everywhere. I'm already seeing arguments. This chaos will seriously impact tenant attraction and resale value later, right? It's such a basic amenity, why can't builders get it right? Did anyone else in Noida Extension face this kind of bait-and-switch with parking? What strategies worked for you to sort this out? Thinking of raising it with the RWA, but not sure if it helps.
