SG's project delivery track record feels pretty solid, which is reassuring for investors like me abroad. I'm in Dubai, so site inspections aren't easy. For SG Benefit, what's the actual rental yield for a 2BHK? Is 3-4% realistic? Also, resale market kitna liquid hai? Is there an active secondary market for these units? Legal clarity and RERA status verification remotely are my biggest worries. Any hacks for NRIs on this, or finding a trustworthy property manager?

SG Benefit ka naam toh suna hai. Completed project hai 2018 mein, that's a huge relief compared to other builders. But rental yield 3-4% in Ghaziabad? Thoda mushkil lag raha hai aajkal.
