Shailender Kumar Golden Nest 3 mein kya real mein expected ROI mil raha hai? I invested in a unit there, thinking ₹40.50L for a completed project was a decent deal for long-term appreciation. But I'm based in Dubai, can't do site inspections myself. Rental yield toh bilkul expectations se kam lag raha hai. Kya actual mein tenant milna itna mushkil hai wahan? And what about resale? If I need to sell in 3-4 years, will it be liquid? I'm hearing a lot of investor units are still vacant. Is that affecting rentals and future resale value too? Anyone else managing property from abroad and facing similar issues?
