Shakti Apartments aur Hind Apartment mein se kiska rental potential better hai for an NRI? I'm in Dubai, so can't do site visits. Remote buying mein risk kitna hai, especially for resale market?

Shakti Apartments — my wife and I thought this would be ideal for our empty nest, something manageable after selling the big house. We specifically asked about maintenance during our visits for a 2BHK, and the builder gave us a figure. Now, the RWA is quoting something almost double, honestly it's infuriating. They claim it's for 'upkeep' but the elevators are constantly breaking, and the common areas look quite neglected. It feels like a bait and switch, making the ₹1.65 Cr–₹3.95 Cr price range feel steep for what we're actually getting. Is anyone else living there facing this maintenance charge shock? What did you do?
