Shankar Kalat Nagar's property prices feel totally inflated. I'm currently in a 2BHK and looking to upgrade to a 3BHK there. Is this premium justified? What's daily life actually like? Specifically worried about traffic congestion and water supply reliability. Honestly not sure if it's worth the EMI jump.

Totally feel you on this! Shankar Kalat Nagar ka naam sunte hi budget ki tension ho jaati hai. 3BHK toh pakka over-priced lag raha hai. I'm also looking for an upgrade, maybe a 2.5BHK in Ambegaon Budruk, but even there, prices are crazy. Is anyone actually getting good deals in Shankar Kalat Nagar, ya sab bas hype hai?
